How do I purchase an
item?
To purchase an
item, first click on the image or title of that product.
On the following page, the product detail page, click the
"Add to Cart" button to place the item in to your shopping
cart. You will automatically be taken to the checkout page
where you can specify your checkout preference. You can
then submit payment and enter your shipping address to
complete the order.
What
payment methods do we accept?
We
accept Payments via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and
American Express on our secure web server. We also accept
US Postal Service Money Orders.
Do I
have to pay sales tax?
Sales
tax is only charged for orders that ship within the State
of Michigan. The sales tax rate is currently 6% for
Michigan residents.
How do I know my order
was submitted and paid?
You will receive an Order Confirmation email. Your order will show that payment has been made or payment is being mailed.
Order Tracking Information?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You may also click
on the Order Status link on the Order Confirmation email to see the current status of your order.
Warranty and Extended Warranties?
All items we sell are covered by a full manufacturers
warranty. We also sell Extended Warranties based on the value of
the item. The Extended Warranty MUST be purchased at
the time of the sale of the item covered. The extended warranties are
handled directly by RepairTech. At Bayshore Products Inc., we do not
provide warranty coverage, nor are we responsible for sending any item
in for warranty coverage.
