For a limited time, we are offering UPS Next Day Air shipping at a special price of only $22.95, regardless of the size of your order. This offer applies to the continental states excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands. Order 1 item or 50, 1 pound or 100 pounds and the entire order ships for $22.95. Over-sized items may impose additional shipping charges. Please note that some remote areas are not defined by UPS as next day delivery or may be delivered by a third party. We are not liable for delay in shipping in these cases.

  • Next Day Air is defined as Monday thru Friday shipping only, excluding holidays

  • Orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, the package will be delivered on Tuesday or the next business day.

  • No weekend or holiday shipping is available

  • Some rural or remote areas may not be defined as next day shipping areas. Bayshore Products cannot be held responsible for shipping delays to these areas so defined by the shipping company. Some areas may also involve a third-party to deliver the package to its final destinations.

Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico

Shipments sent to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Please inquire on rates for your items.

  • Credit Cards online - We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

  • Phone Orders - We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express over the phone..  Place your order via our secure checkout, then phone us at 1-989-233-7482 to pay via credit card.

  • Money Order - We only accept U.S. Postal Service Money Orders as valid money order payments. Please send a copy of your invoice, also the invoice number must be clearly written on your money order. Please remit payment to the address below.

Pricing Policy

What is this MAP and MRP stuff?

MAP Pricing:
MAP is Minimum Advertised Price. Many manufacturers have a Minimum Advertised Price policy which prevents us from advertising a price below the manufacturer MAP price, although your purchase price is much lower than this price.  Remember, this is an advertised price, NOT your final price.

MRP Pricing:
MRP is Minimum Retail Price. This is the absolute minimum price the manufacturer will allow us to sell this item for. Selling an item below MRP pricing not only breaches our contract with the manufacturer but also voids any warranty on the item. 

Your purchase price will be shown in a dropdown box at the bottom of the item description page labeled "Your Price:".  Select "Your Price:" and add to cart to get your low purchase price. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this matter is completely out of our control.

 

Foreign and Overseas Orders

We currently do not accept any foreign or overseas orders at this time. Order submitted from outside the United States will be cancelled and payment refunded.

 

Out of Stock items

Because our products is sold by several different means, we may sell out of a particular item that may not be reflected on our website. You will be notified that the item is out of stock and a ETA date will be given as to when the stock will be replenished. You will also have the option to cancel your order and get a full refund if you so choose.

 

Shipping Information

At Bayshore Products, we can ship your entire order via UPS Next Day Air for only $22.95.  Yes, your entire order no matter the item quantity, cost or weight.  See above for more detail.

  • Order paid by 2pm EST will be shipped the same day payment is received.

  • Orders that are shipped via DHL Next Business Day Air are delivered Monday thru Friday, excluding holiday.  No Saturday or Sunday delivery.

  • Items damaged in shipping must be reported immediately to the shipper, you must also notify Bayshore Products at 1-989-233-7482 so we can send a replacement order and process the damaged shipment claim. Customer must keep the damaged items at the shipping address until further notification.

  • Bayshore Products cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or damaged product and shipping times are estimates from the shipping company.

  • The customer is responsible for any/all duties, fees, taxes or other charges so imposed by the government, customs etc.

  • All items shipped must/will be declared for the purchase value of the item.

 

Returns

Bayshore Products offers a return period of 24 days from date of receipt.  

  • RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers are required for all returns.  To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to returns@bayshoreproductsinc.com  and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return.  

  • Returned products must be complete in the original undamaged packaging, resalable and must include all included documentation, manuals, accessories etc.  

  • Clearance item are non-returnable.

  • Special order items may not be returned.  

  • Opened and/or unsealed  DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective.  

  • Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.   

  • Non-defective returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% with a minimum restocking fee of $10.

  • Remanufactured and refurbished items are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the returning customer and should be insured. It will be the customers responsibility to file a claim for lost, or damaged product being returned.

  • Replacement defective items will be re-shipped at our expense and by the shipping method so chosen by Bayshore Products. The item may not be re-shipped by the same method as originally purchased.

  • Returned item with serial numbers must match the serial number of the item shipped to the customer.

  • All returns are carefully inspected. If the item being returned does not meet the above condition, the item will be returned at the customers expense.

  • We reserved the right to refuse any returned item without an RMA number and customer may be required to pay return postage fees.

 

Sales Tax

All orders shipped to Michigan are subject to 6% sales tax. Sales tax will automatically be added to your invoice.

 

Typographical Errors

Bayshore Products cannot be held responsible for typographical errors pertaining to item descriptions, functionality, price or misrepresentation of an item. We make our best effort to represent every product accurately, but from time to time these errors may occur.

 

Price Matching Policy

Bayshore Products makes every effort to provide you with the lowest possible price on the internet. If you see an item that we stock for a lower price, we'll match the price.  If we can't match their final price including the shipping and handling fees, we'll send you a coupon for $10 off your next purchase of $50 or more. This offer does not include price matching for items sold on any auction site, refurbished or remanufactured items, discontinue items, closeout items, items with different part numbers or items not in retail packaging. Only one offer per person.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue this policy without notice.

 

Privacy Policy

We at Bayshore Products Inc. respects your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number. and email address is considered private and confidential. We will not provide or sell this information to third parties for any reason. 

 

Warranty and Extended Warranties

We no longer offer optional extended warranties.

The manufacturer has highly trained experts that can help you quickly and efficiently to diagnose and troubleshoot most issues. Consult your owners manual for technical support information.
